section F.11: WORKING CAPITAL FUND
"Declarant will establish a working capital fund for the Association in an

Units. Each Unit's contribution to this fund will be collected from the
Purchaser when the sale of the Unit closes. Contributions to the fund are
not advance payments of Regular Assessments are are not refundable...."
