According the the Declaration of the
Villas of Lost Canyon HOA
section F.11: WORKING CAPITAL FUND
"Declarant will establish a working capital fund for the Association in an
amount that is at least equal to two (2) months of Regular Assessments for all
Units. Each Unit's contribution to this fund will be collected from the
Purchaser when the sale of the Unit closes. Contributions to the fund are
not advance payments of Regular Assessments are not refundable...."
